History: great ‘for sure’ low mile chassis from Atlanta and he famous Baker Motor Car Company in Buckhead Atlanta, this was purchased from the longtime owner having the car since 1984, he was a true mechanical minded person who ran a local motorcycle shop for years, he even added areas like the upgraded front spoiler and the front valence with the dual air intakes set up for additional cooling, this is part of the expertise and this last year 1976 TR6, finally the next step was another final upgrading in Atlanta as Fraser Dante put this into our restoration shop to check everything, then even more in the costing, to get ready for the Spring 2020 driving adventure, this beauty has outstanding mechanicals!
Note: these restored TR6’s are really coming into their own as a fun, good power and easy to maintain sports car convertible, the AUTOWEEK article of August 18, 2014 features these cars, their quote of “good examples have a fantastic fun-to-dollar ratio” and “parts support is outstanding” sums up their status today, please read the attached photo of me with my friend, Bob Tullius, the great Group 66 racer (LINK), taken at the 2019 Daytona Rolex weekend at the RRDC meeting,
