history/paint: this car was initially built by a Mustang Club member for he and his wife in North Georgia, he constantly kept working on it in his own shop as they went on some local MCA trips, they worked extensively on the upgraded mechanicals as their main effort with many expensive parts in the suspension and drivetrain, then Fraser Dante acquired the car in order to bring it up further into another even higher level with our professional shop and the top end paint team, Fraser Dante wanted a stock Mustang Shelby convertible look, we then waited for our best paint and body shop to be able to strip a lot of the car, sand all the  areas that needed getting ready for prep to match the CandyApple Red, then we took off the flat hood and prepared the restored steel hood with the Shelby air scoop that took lots of hand prep, then it was then painted to match all over with a great presence (SEE THE LINK FOR THE WORK), after our painter finished their work, then Fraser Dante brought this back to our shop, then our top professional high speed buffer and his crew worked the whole car (SEE LINK), now the presence of this great Mustang is really terrific with a fantastic luster and lowered stance,

engine: here is an area that is most desired for the collector/driver who wants to enjoy having a performance Mustang that has great power and handles well, now presented with the fresh and nicely built very strong 302cid engine that is confirmed by casting numbers along with the report of the initial builders, this has been upgraded with the great lightweight aluminum ‘AFR’ air flow performance hydraulic lifter heads, has also the lightweight roller rockers with street performance camshaft, has the push rod guide plates, has a great sound to the engine, has an aluminum intake and the 4v Holley ‘quick flow’ carburetor deliver the best combination for street performance driving, uprated electronic ignition with side fender box, Ford 9mm performance spark plug wires, new Autolite spark plugs, great compression of very strong 150 to 155 lbs across (LINK), Ford Racing valve covers, Ford Racing 9mm performance spark plug wires, has the uprated performance shorty ceramic coated headers that lead to the dual GT exhaust system, note that this even has an additional open front lower cooling designed system with the front lower air intake on the front valence that feeds air to well cool this performance package,

oil/filter: to protect the engine, Fraser Dante uses very expensive special high-tech racing oil with added zinc content with Valvoline VR1 20-50 to insure long term performance, this is for early non-catalytic engines that need the heavy duty oil plus the added zinc for lubrication purposes (LINK) for these older engines, very costly and used only from top shops as Fraser Dante, the coolant is fresh,

Interior/top: this has the expensive new white faced uprated gauge package installed, looks great as they fit in the stock location, has the fuel gauge, speedometer, tachometer, volt meter, oil pressure, oil temperature, black padded dash, has also the expensive Ididit tilt steering column installed that is most desired today, factory black steering wheel with working horn, a 1966 Pony parchment bucket seated interior, firmly padded seats, Pony side panels, front black safety belts, new chrome door handles, full black carpets, the dash is proper top black padded with all the proper working GT gauges, the added Custom JVC AM-FM CD radio setup in the stock location with door mounted speakers, see the uprated Hurst shifter with the new shift mount plate, also a special custom console is added that is a larger unit with dual cup holders, works well, also the trunk is nicely done showing the new fuel tank, the spare tire and the proper Mustang plaid interior, the new black top is a non-power unit with excellent bows,
