THUNDERBIRD 1957, very rare as finished in ABSOLUTELY gorgeous and original Triple White with the fantastic exterior Colonial White that looks really spectacular luster with the white interior, the white softtop and the white Porthole hardtop, fully detailed presented in top driven Concours Conditionto be shown with mirrors presenting the fabulous underchassis, this frame off, full restoration has the original and rebuilt Thunderbird Special V-8 with a 312cid displacement and a 4v carberator setup, the engine bay is finished to fantastic factory standards, the whole car is completely detailed with final professional ‘finishing’ just completed, also full mechanicals and brakes out of the Fraser Dante shop, here are graceful fins and body lines but inside the instrument panel was redesigned with clustered dials of the dash pod, Powered by the start of the modern day short stroke overhead valve V8 engines, designed with a long 3.80” bore and a 3.44”, with 9.7 to 1 compression, this engine can use pump gas with a bit of lead additive in today’s modern world, this original engine is completely rebuilt with all pistons, bearings, crank tuned, full head work with all new lifters, the compression is better than when the car was new, has a proper show ‘dress up kit’ with the correct finned valve covers to present just really  great, this has only final test miles to ensure top operating condition, the rebuilt Fordomatic automatic transmission is reworked and shifts perfect in the final testing just completed, Other specs include the factory power steering and power brakes that both work perfectly, has the Town and Country radio with rare trunk mounted antenna, the braking system is freshly checked, this is restored in a complete frame-off restoration accomplished to the highest standards both mechanically as well as cosmetically with ‘love’ in the build, $65,950
